With regard to safety and procedures, a background check will be conducted as part of the recruitment.

You will work according to a rotating shift schedule: 2 day shifts from 07:00-19:20, 2 days off, 2 night shifts from 19:00-07:20, 4 days off, etc.

As a maintenance technician at Estrella, you will have a varied and developing job. You will, among other things:

• Perform mechanical maintenance on production equipment
• Manufacture parts and equipment in the workshop – primarily through turning and milling
• Perform preventive maintenance and document completed work
• Ensure functionality of the building's technical systems, e.g., ventilation and boiler
• Participate in improvement work and keep drawings/documents updated
• Participate in failure investigations and conduct root cause analyses
• Plan upcoming work and maintain contact with suppliers
• Participate in development projects within engineering/maintenance
• Train production staff in machine and equipment handling
• Maintain order and cleanliness within the maintenance department's areas
• Actively work with workplace safety and technical safety aspects

We are looking for someone who has:

• High school/YH/university education in automation, vehicles, electrical engineering, or similar
• Experience in industrial maintenance or a background as a workshop/industrial mechanic
• Experience in turning and/or milling
• Very good computer skills and good knowledge of the Office package
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Basic knowledge of English
• Good technical understanding and a genuine interest in mechanics

• Welding skills
• Background as an industrial electrician
• Experience from food production
